We are big Cardinal fans here and enjoyed the heck out of the game last night, though Mo slept through the whole game and Kristin fought off the Sandman throughout the fourth quarter. My only complaint is with the media trying to push this National Championship hope down our and the player's throats. Both the national and local reporters kept prodding the players about their chances to take all the marbles, and the players, God love them, kept saying their focus is on their next game against Rutgers. They still have a rough season ahead of them and they cannot spend any time getting lazy, over confident or cock-sure. They need to stay the course (grin.)
Anyway, back to Maureen. She is still awesome and we've decided to keep her. I believe our warranty is up anyway. We are looking forward to another weekend together. We are going to be focused and get something accomplished in the house - perhaps a new bed and some blinds for the house. We'll see how it goes.

Good call on not getting the extended store warranty. We got one of those w/ APD & they wouldn't even repair his "leakiness" when we brought him in.
Who's booking the flights to Glendale (HS home of the legendary KMD), anyway? (Although, technically, I think you have to fly into PHX, then drive to Glendale.)
Great win for the Cards last night, particularly as I had them getting a point and a half, but I can't see them beating Rutgers (or, even if they do, anyone in the national title game) with that horrendous tackling they showed last night. Is that typical of their play, or was it an aberration? Also, is that how you spell aberration?
